Where the work began
Between languages, the eye becomes more exact.
I was born in Romania and migrated to Germany at the age of 15. German is my fifth language. This taught me early that words are never merely words: they carry cultural codes, belonging, status and knowledge that may not yet have found its form.
Multilingualism is therefore not a biographical footnote but a professional capacity for translation. I recognise the structure behind phrasing, listen for nuance and restore language where transitions, external labels or long silence have left fractures.
fairyfable! Atelier emerged from this perspective: a place where experience is not judged, but read carefully and given a new interpretation.
Quality architecture
Documentary precision is part of my signature.
Undergraduate study in human medicine sharpened my attention to connections, observation and responsible differentiation. Almost ten years in quality assurance within diagnostics shaped a structured and evidence-minded way of working.
Processes informed by ISO and GMP taught me how scattered information becomes reliable documentation: through clear criteria, traceable sources, consistency and accountable approval.
This experience underpins my process and documentation competence. It is not a claim to formal auditor or certification authority.
From fragment to asset
Creative writing meets narrative process integrity.
Several years of training in creative writing and qualification as an ICSB Life Coach add perspective change, active listening and linguistic craft to the analytical work.
Together they formed my current practice: inventory, audit, narrative distillation and editorial review. Implicit knowledge is not covered with a beautiful story; it becomes visible in its own logic.
This is where the Fable Method and the Biographical Circular Economy through 6R began — two ways of reading existing experience anew without adding what is foreign to it.

- Statements are checked for origin, coherence, relevance and possible overstatement.
- AI-assisted tools support resource-efficient review and organisation; selection and authorship remain human.
- Results are editorially reviewed and approved only after a transparent process of alignment.
- Private biographical details are processed and published only when necessary for the agreed purpose and explicitly approved.
